North Range Behavioral Health - "Incredible Years" Program

North Range Behavioral Health is offering "Incredible Years" classes for families with children ages 2 - 8. From August to November in 2023, these events take place on Tuesdays from 4:30 - 6:30 p.m. at the Littler Prevention Campus at 2350 3rd Street Road in Greeley.

During "Incredible Years," caregivers will learn how to:

• Use calming techniques to address tantrums, sibling conflict, and aggressive behaviors
• Use play to build a better bond
• Use praise to encourage positive behavior
• Set clear and appropriate limits
• Teach children to problem solve

As caregivers learn, children will attend an age-appropriate group that focuses on coping skills and problem solving.
